We've seen a lot of crazy body transformations over the years. But this man wins the award for the most daring transformation...

Implanted horns

Brazilian Michel Faro do Prado, also known as "Diabao" (The Big Devil), is one of the most highly modified people on the planet.

For him, body modifications are a big part of his identity, and he's not shy about sharing his dark world with his 300,000 Instagram followers.

He gained a lot of attention a few years ago when he started posting pictures of himself. People called him "Satan Man," and when they found out what he had actually done to his body, they couldn't believe their eyes.

Diabao's skin is covered in tattoos, with an estimated 85% of his body covered in tattoos. He has also had horn implants inserted and the outer parts of his ears removed. He has even had his teeth reshaped to complete his devilish appearance.

Michelle from São Paulo says in 2020 that she has a high pain tolerance and is not afraid of the thought of having to endure even more pain to achieve her ideal "devil" body.

According to the New York Post, he said he "suffered a lot more" after the procedures than during them, adding, "The truth is, there are changes that would be virtually impossible to achieve without anesthesia."

"If I have to experience pain to get what I want, I'll definitely deal with it!"

The Man Satan

For most of us, the nickname "Satan Man" might sound quite unsettling. But Michelle doesn't mind her nickname.

"I think the true image of the 'devil' is beautiful," he says.

"The Bible says this in Genesis, as well as in the book of Isaiah, where it says that Jesus was ugly, that he was like a dry root in the wilderness."

Although Michel has changed his body beyond recognition, he seems to constantly crave new changes and has no plans to stop modifying his body anytime soon.

Prado's major body modifications include silicone implants, scarification, transdermal implants, and removal of her nose, ears, navel, and nipples.

Other modifications include a tattooed and forked tongue, a split mouth, a chrome dental implant, liposuction, and abdominoplasty.

He had his little finger and ring finger amputated.

He recently shocked his followers by confirming that he would be amputating his little finger and ring finger as part of the transformation of his hands into claws.

Today, the man holds the Guinness World Record for the most horns on his head and has had more than 60 body-contouring procedures, according to the Mirror. This has caused quite a stir.

It was something special and unreal. A dream come true – to get into the Guinness Book of Records and go to Europe.

"At some points I was emotional, there were tears in my eyes," he tells G1.

Michel sees his appearance as a reflection of his personal journey, and his wife Carol plays a key role in shaping it. The couple has a son and runs their own tattoo studio.

His wife Carol is also known for her body modifications, which is why she was nicknamed "The Demon Woman."

Michel was born in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo. He says that as a young man he joined the hippie movement and began traveling around Brazil. "

Later, after a few years, he decided to settle in Praia Grande.

Michel married (to another woman before meeting Carol Prado) and had two children. He became a professional tattoo artist in the mid-2000s, noting, "Before that, it was very difficult to make a living tattooing."

After settling well into the city and his career, he falls in love with Carol Prado, who later becomes "The Demon Woman."

The couple has been together for 15 years and is deeply passionate about body modification.

Michel believes that his appearance goes beyond physical changes – it is an expression of his evolving personality. For him, these changes symbolize the inner freedom he feels, allowing him to challenge societal expectations and break away from accepted norms.

He sees his appearance as a way to express his true self, constantly pushing boundaries and challenging established standards.

What Diabao looked like before

On his Instagram, he occasionally posts photos showing what he looked like before, which has led many to question his drastic changes.

"I just don't understand how someone can change their body so much. There's no going back. If you try to fix it, you'll still have scars and disfigurement. You'll never look like your old self again and you'll have to live with it for the rest of your life," one user shared.

At the same time, there are those who praise him and support his decisions.

"The point is not to look like you looked before."
