8 tips for dealing with rude people

We've all encountered this type of person: the one who sighs loudly, interrupts, makes a cutting remark, or talks to you as if you were invisible. At work, on public transport, at the local cafรฉ, or even with family… rudeness is part of everyday life. The real question, therefore, isn't how to avoid it, but how to deal with it without losing your good humor.

Take a break before answering

When an unpleasant remark is made, the reflex is often immediate: to respond in kind. Yet, a few seconds of silence can change everything.
